Back in October 2009, the super popular time travel adventure Staines; Gate ($3.99) debuted in Japan. To celebrate the 13th anniversary of the original version, 5pb has discounted the iOS game to its lowest price yet. If you haven’t played the visual novel yet, Staines; Gate It has a fantastic story with great characters and a brilliant soundtrack across its multiple endings. If you’ve never played a traditional visual novel, this is also a great entry point to the genre. Notice that Staines; Gate is a separate game for iPhone and iPad on iOS.
