Paris-based mobile app publisher and development studio MWM has launched a new advertising business unit in the United States as part of its effort to build a global ecosystem of developers and Empower mobile users to unleash their creativity on mobile devices.
MWM hopes to help its new partners become leaders in their categories and overcome industry challenges.
MWM also aims to partner with developers who lack financial resources to effectively acquire new users, helping them monetize their products and deploy scalable and targeted advertising strategies.
“At the heart of MWM is the vision to make creativity accessible to everyone without limitations,” said MWM CEO and co-founder Jean-Baptiste Hirond. “When I was an aspiring DJ in college over 10 years ago, it was very difficult to get access to the right equipment most. It inspired my best friend and I to create Edjing Mix, which allows users to create mixes with smartphones or tablets.”
“Today, MWM not only creates fun apps, it enables developers to achieve the success they deserve by sharing the experience we have gained since the company was founded.”
Creating the future
MWM uses “user event processing technology” that collects backend and partner data to create an ecosystem of resources for developers. This database is supplemented by the company’s machine learning-driven predictive technology, which ensures that processes are optimized and automated to enable the potential of infinite scale.
Additionally, MWM provides partners with actionable insights to optimize UI and UX flows to improve retention and reach through the use of data analytics.
Interested companies can submit their applications for review after a review period. Once the partners are selected, they retain the IP rights for the product while MWM gets the advertising rights to use, promote and monetize the apps. A profit-sharing model is used for the duration of the partnership, which ensures that both parties are invested in the success of the application, and all rights return to the developers upon termination of the partnership.
To date, MWM has launched more than 50 apps in 180 countries, with more than 500 million users worldwide. These apps include the DJ Editing Mix app, the Beat Maker Pro virtual drum pad tool, and the Color Pop coloring game. MWM US Publishing is now available to developers.
